- Does LCCT provide technical assistance?
- Limited assistance where allowed, please contact our Technical Chair with requirements as soon as possible. Please advise if any cast member will be barefoot during the performance. Please refer to the handbook, Section 6.00 Technical Specifications.
- When will we receive scheduling information and final confirmation of our entry?
- Sometime around the end of November 2008. Packages will be sent out on November 20, 2008. If you have not received a confirmation by December 10th, please contact us. Final confirmation and a complete schedule will be sent out to all participating theaters by December 20, 2008.
- Where could we go from there?
- You may be selected to proceed and participate in the Region VI AACTFest'09 Festival in Kerrville, TX, April 15 - 19, 2009. Then you can potentially go to AACTFest'09 to be held in Tacoma, WA, June 23 - 27, 2009. We will have at least one company going to regionals, and AACTFest'09 rule changes provides that if the state has more than four companies participate, then two theatre companies can go forward.
